If you become a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association you may use their turbomedical form to answer the questions on your medical examination. They will save it and so you will always have a record of what your answers were. This can be a big help later on if you develop issues.
Once you have completed the form on the Turbomedical go to the FAA medXpress web page at https://medxpress.faa.gov/ and enter the actual data from the form you printed from Turbomedical. This speeds up your application at the Doctor's office.
